I pulled the trigger just because it looks cool, it's very sci-fi cyberpunk (which fits a lot of my aesthetic) hopefully it gets funded by enough people, otherwise I might need to find a non-sketchy place to get it from somewhere else lol, because the design alone is a selling point for me. The battery bank is a bonus
Fun fact I don't see mentioned here - according to Sharge's website this is part of a collection explicitly modeled after props from a Chinese film called 'The Wandering Earth II.' I'm not familiar with it, but on a cursory Google search it made over 600 million at the international box office, so perhaps others will be!
baudlaireanWell the trailer for that movie seems interesting at least. It might be on my bucket list for future watching. My initial impression of the aesthetic was more first trilogy "Star Wars" (or an 80's ideal of what "futuristic" looks like).
baudlaireanDesign is fantastic. To be honest for me more like Star Wars device. From other hand when we look in technical specification it is double price of competitors on the market without pre-order, ready to buy. I wish them good luck but 199USD regular price for device 130W, (100W single port) imho too much. Probably only huge fans of movie will decide to buy.
