A quick update for the group. Thanks to your help, we have identified that some of the initial packages were unintentionally shipped with only the blades included. These shipments were not supposed to be split and we apologize for the inconvenience this mistake has caused those affected. Our warehouse team is currently placing all razors we received today on temporary inventory hold until we have everything accounted for and these are ready to ship to each of you.
Rest assured, we are placing utmost priority on this issue and will work to make everything right. You can expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 6/11 .
