Drop Mech Keys Meetup Recap - Thanks for Visiting!
As you may have seen, we just hosted our first meetup in quite a while here at Drop HQ (Corsair HQ, but they seem to like us enough :) )! It was a blast to get to meet so many enthusiasts local to the bay area—it had been 10 years since I was last hanging out with keyboard nerds in the bay, at KeyCon 2014. We had a great time hosting everyone at the offices, checking out all the very nice boards y'all brought, and sharing some of our own projects/spaces! I knew it would be fun to host in the Game Room when I first saw it in person, but seeing it come to fruition was still so cool. Alright, I'll stop blabbering on now. xD Picture time! (Oh, real quick - there will be more of these! Stay tuned for more info and to catch the next one!)

i’m not going to buy into another group buy just to go through it all over again.
Neither was your first comment. Just buy them directly from someone like mechanicalkeyboards.com if you can't tolerate the risk of a problem with your order from Massdrop.
Every person who purchases an item from an online vendor has an understanding that there is a possibility that they get sent the wrong item. If your comment included Massdrop's reaction when you told them about the missing item that might actually be useful. Instead your comment was like a status update no one asked for and provided no real insight into whether this is something that could happen to someone else.
" i don’t know what your expectation is here but the argumentative attitude just makes you look silly. "
" this couldn’t have been a worse thing to do "
Equating getting the wrong $30 dollar keycaps to the worse thing someone could do to you is what looks silly here.
you purchase an item from amazon.com and you get the wrong one. don't be mad though! you have no basis for leaving a negative comment! you had the expectation and understanding you'd get a wrong product.
yeah - said no one ever. except for you. the one guy on the internet who has to insist that he's right, randomly, for no reason other than just to try and prove you're right.
Is it really though? Charging you and not sending a product until past the date you are moving and having to redirect the order via massdrop or the carrier is worse. Your current situation actually allows for you to return, have a clean break, and get your money back and place a new order to your new address.

Where would this negative comment be left on amazon? The only public places for posting are either the question or review areas and neither of those places would be appropriate for a comment that amazon sent you the wrong thing (especially if there was no other information related to the actual product). Its even worse when people rate the product a 1 star on amazon because they were sent the wrong thing. This effectively skews the reviews over something the manufacturer has no control over in the production of the product.

Takes two to tango bud.
the fact that you're continuing to respond with snarky quips just proves my point
