It felt weird at first, but then i gave it a go for gaming key press has more grip and more recognizable. Not sure yet how long the rubber will stay. Will update the comment if there is any significant tear. Now i want the black one though. Recommended!!
These feel incredible if you want a slightly rough texture feel on a slightly soft (only slightly) material. They accent a color well too. My computer has a green lighting theme and these key caps make some shocking accents.
These match the massdrop alt high profile keyboard very well. I'm getting used to the knurling on the keycaps themselves. You can definitely feel them and notice it as you're playing. Also a little wierd to feel the difference just as you're typing in general.
Will have to see how long they last.
Exactly what you would expect. Grippy rubber with aggressive texture so your fingers don't slip. Not sure about durability yet but things are great so far!
I used the orange set on a Ducky Shine 6 for about a year after purchase, I enjoyed the feel and they looked great. At first.
After a month or two, you'll notice a lot of dirt will accumulate in the ridges of the letters, and I found myself having to take them out and clean them every so often. The color also faded pretty dramatically, but the fade was pretty uniform and it was only apparent when I compared them to keys I had left in the packaging.
I decided to retire them after a year because they got to a point where, even after cleaning, they looked a bit nasty.
If you have a keyboard that isn't a daily driver, you should get a much longer run than I did.
All in all, they were great while it lasted, and I don't regret having purchased them as I liked the feel. I only wish the rubber was a bit more durable and the lettering cuts were cleaner.
Very nice but decay was evident within days of use, rubber was wearing down and within weeks had bare spots inbetween rubber creating an uncomfortable cavity for your finger, Look excellent but wear down very quickly. Won't be purchasing tai-hao again
You should think that these keycaps would be quite grippy since they're made of rubber but these actually feel quite slippery after just several minutes of use
They were working fine as intended until I realized these were really pointless. I left the arrow keys on, because why not, and just now one of the stems broke. They were always loose and now one broke which I don't even know how.
