Because of the holiday volume, TEX narrowly missed the 12/31 ship date they promised. And due to courier's holiday schedule, TEX had to wait until earlier this week to ship out the bulk order. On the bright side, our shipment has already cleared Taiwan custom for exportation and is ready to be loaded onto the plane heading directly to JFK in NY. Based on the shipping schedule we were told by our courier, we should expect this shipment to arrive our warehouse by end of next week.
The order will arrive in a bulk shipment and our warehouse team is ready to break it down into individual packages and send them out to you as soon as it arrives.
Thanks for your patience and expect an update from us on 1/16 or sooner if something comes up.
