Sorry for the delay update.
Both of the guys from TEX have been sick in the past few days, and that's why they have not been reachable in the last few days until now. Unfortunately, this also leads to another bad news regarding to the status of this order. Since TEX is a rather small operation with tight resources TEX runs on, the shipment date for the first batch of the orders will be delayed until mid next week, due to the fact the company was out of commission for a few days due to sickness.
Given this updated schedule, if you are among the first half of the participants within this drop, you can expect the order to go out to you by mid month. In the meantime, the lead time for the track point modules for the second half of the order is still tentatively set to be ready by beginning of next month. We'll update again once we hear anything new from TEX.
We understand this delay is rather undesirable, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We are shuffling our resources as well as making appropriate prioritization changes to minimize the delay. However, if you prefer to not wait for your order and prefer to cancel it instead, please feel free to open a Massdrop Support ticket from the support page (https://www.massdrop.com/support), and we'll take care of your request right away.
