I was told to have another update at 4/11, but it's 4/12 today and I've nothing in my mailbox. Why the others even received their shipping notification 1 week ago but I have NOTHING yet?

Now some others received their PRODUCT already, while i have no SHIPPING NOTIFICATION yet :(

Got the promised update ...
"There are some items from the drop that are currently unavailable and we would like to inform you that customer support will be reaching out to you shortly. ... You can expect an update from us on 4/20 or sooner if something comes up."
I don't understand what the issue is. The drop ended the same day it started, and the inventory was set ahead of time because it was leftovers. So what's the issue here?

I'm wondering if they didn't QC the inventory they had left well enough. For example, somebody has an issue, they open up a box take something small out and send it off. Throw the box in the closet and it sits. Sometime later they throw all the "unopened extras" in the same place.
Three months later someone else opens up said box in prep for closet sale and it looks complete, but is actually missing something. Then as they are sending them out they do a final check and realize that it's missing something and now they can't fulfill your order.

As good an explanation as any, but I'm still not sure. My "drop joined" email came literally a minute after the drop started. It was a first-come-first-serve drop, but is shipping not being handled the same way? It should be.
