Picked mine up from a chinese ecommerce site for around 55 USD (after various vouchers and promo codes). If you look around hard enough you might be able to score a good deal. The extra cables can also be found in the same places. First impressions are pretty good:
  1. Bluetooth connection is strong. About 10m before it starts to break off. Way better connection compared to my Fiio RC-BT
  2. Can't detect any hiss from my CIEM (AAW A2H PRO), but YMMV
  3. Wire around ear is quite flexible and so far no discomfort experienced
  4. Adapter unit is well made
  5. Sound quality is good for a bluetooth adapter.
  6. Carrying Case is really convenient and well made. Other than Shure True Wireless Fit Adapter, I'm unable to find any other true wireless bluetooth adapter with a battery case.
  7. Pairing is quite seamless- Remove from case, connect using your phone and you're done. The next time you use it, you'll just need to remove from case and it'll auto connect.
The only issue so far is that chunky CIEMs would find it a tight fit inside the molded area of the case. You could probably store it in the sleeve on the top half of the case but it's also a tight fit height-wise. Small iems should have no issue. Battery for the earpiece is rated at 9 hours for those wondering, not 72 hours.

NixxonSir can you help me please? I have a 32ohm IEM, Would that work? From Aliexpress i saw that these adapters only output limit is 30ohm, So what do you think it would sound like?

KAYMOUSnot OP, but can probably help. It's unlikely to be a very noticeable difference. Because it's slightly less than the IEM's impedance, it will be (very very very) subtly quieter than if it were a full 32 ohm output. This is to say, it will be driving the IEM with a 2 ohm mismatch, which is (IMO) not really that big of a deal, unless you're actively seeking full volume, full range sound- which wont be fully available on the bluetooth connection anyway... TL;DR- not an issue worth worrying about, in my opinion.
