I've never had a problem with massdrop before, I'm actually a big fan, and I've purchased a lot of drops. But with this keyboard, massdrop send it to me, and apparently someone rejected the shipment, probably they tried it to deliver it to the wrong address. I never received a notification, nothing. And the support guys told me that given the fact that four months have passed, they cannot do nothing for me. The unit was sent back to massdrop warehouses according with the shipping company. I believe is utterly wrong to close the support window at 4 months with group buys, and specially whit this one that took so long to ship. I hope you never run into some kind of trouble with massdrop, when it works, works great, but when something goes wrong, say goodbye to your hard earn dollars.
