I'll jump in and agree with the others in that there isn't a better multitool made. I bought a stainless version for ~$90 some years ago. Better fit and finish than any leatherman or Gerber (I still like the old original gerbers).
I'm not going to pay a premium for the black finish, but for those that don't own a spiritx, it may be worth looking into.
