My V280 has developed a very loud crackling sound, I requested customer service but I only get automated emails, is this unit having any warranty? I'm getting worried because it's an expensive Amp.

cavillasenorlDid you report the issue to drop support yet? They came back to me saying this product doesn’t have a manufacturer warranty, if any issue within 30 days should be reported to drop support. I should’ve asked before buying this when I couldn’t find the warranty mention anywhere....anyways I hope the unit that I’ll will be fine and hope you get yours sorted out

EMmZThey should specify warranty to customers clearly before buying as per law but they don't, they just said its out of return period and there is nothing to do but a company as violectric is not letting their customers down, I'll let you know how it goes but I know for sure I'm not buying here again. Good luck with your unit.
