Are these resoleable if the rubber soles wear out? Like cementing the upper again with thin aftermarket rubber sole.

TriNI'm not sure, but I doubt it. That said, these aren't welted shoes and they're around $50 so it wouldn't make sense cost-wise anyway since you could just get a new pair.
