QC issues with this build: bad input delays
I switched to a GMK keyboard just to type this out, but the rainy 75 keyboard has been a nightmare to type with as there are input delays on it and it makes playing or typing anything horrible!

What a steal..
BF sale, picked up a Rainy pro for $99 otd. It was the most legit prebuilt I've ever received. It has a beautiful sound and great weight right out of the box. As my wife's first keeb, it is perfect, marbly, and wonderful to type on. 10/10 I would buy it again for someone who wanted to get their foot in the door and own a board that can be modified.

I went from a Royal Kludge keyboard from Amazon to this. After mulling around and second guessing all the choices, I finally pulled the trigger to key the Rainy 75 Pro on Black Friday. I was stunned when unboxing it. It is heavy in a way that feels like you're working with something serious. Out of the box, it sounds absolutely incredible. I didn't realize how much I would care about the sound of the keyboard until I started using this keyboard. The Cocoa switches on it have also slightly reprogrammed my brain some. I have been using incredible light switches for a few years but this now has me reconsidering what I want from a switch. I am more than happy using the Cocoa switches for a while if I can't find something like them. I have no doubt there are some corners cut here and there to keep the price so low, but for someone who enjoys the keyboard hobby at a low level, this is such a great way to jump in and have something amazing to start off with.
