Well - I did not even get to the point where I could test the board out because the PCB on the inside is so loose that if I press any of the keys it flexes and other keys go flying off. I was really hoping to not have to open it up. Is there a trick to getting the switches stay?

catCollectorFor anyone else with this issue you need to remove the keycap and install the switch and make sure that the clips fully engage the PCB. I actually had to take the keyboard apart to do this but once I got all of the switches properly engaged it seems to be working much better.

catCollectorHow were you able to remove the switch from the PCB. I need to get to the stabilizer to swap them out, how can i do so ?

sonicd0012I didn't have to, once I removed the back I was able to make sure all the switches were clipped onto the PCB properly. I would suspect that the switches with stabilizers are similar and can probably be removed by taking the back of the keyboard off to expose the bottom of the switch and the small tabs that keep it on the PCB.
