To answer the “which ones should I buy” bit, it’s entirely up to you, but Durock V2 stabs are highly recommended by the community.

Does this support RGB diodes per key? Of so which type of diodes should be used when soldering on. (Not talking about the existing RBG diodes scattered around the PCB in pics)

the solder holes on the PCB shown look like they're for 2 pin LEDs, witch are not RGB by nature.
