Ok this is getting out of hand. You guys are refusing to respond even on other more successful drops. You have to keep your customers informed. We need updates on our orders. You guys are showing a strong disregard for the people that are supporting you. As Warren Buffett says, "No business has ever failed with satisfied customers."
