All v280s can be switched between 115v and 230v with a switch on the board(it should be factory set to 115V). Take a look at the v280FE PCB photo I posted on Drop. This photo has a red slide switch labeled 115v that can be slid to 230v. You will need a 2.5 mm hex key to touch the v280 PCB.

shichangJust want to follow up with this. I finally got the amp. I live in Australia so I have a few extra hassles to overcome before setting up the amp. First I paid extra import tax for almost AUD$400 charged by the Australian Gov. Next I bought 2 sets of tools in order to open the amp for switching to 230V (Australia voltage). They are 2.5 mm Allen hex key (to open the front panel) and 2.5 mm security tamper proof bit key (for the back panel). That's extra AUD$15. I am very happy with the final setup. I plug in all my favorite headphones (AKG K712 Pro, Audeze LCD-X and Grado) so I can easily enjoy the difference between the headphones. With the amp they all sound fantastic. Feel free to take a look at the photos I uploaded. Hope this helps anyone who lives outside of USA and is interested in the amp. It's very difficult to purchase the amp in Australia. It's not available in any shop here. It's definitely worth it. :)
