Are they similar to Durock v2 stabs?

KarasumaThey are similar in feel after installing; you'd be hard pressed to tell a difference when typing. I will say that the Durock's require clipping, but the Everglide's do not, because they're flush on the bottom of the stems. It saves time and I enjoy how snuggly these fit into plates. Either way both of them are a solid choice for stab upgrades over stock ones.
