first look. anyone know if seeing through the keycaps is normal?

On some other sets I have gotten even worse results, with visible ribbing etc. In this case the light bleed does not look unattractive to me but of course it's difficult to tell from photos sometimes.

Yes, it's normal for the LED to glow through on these keycaps. You can reduce or increase the LED brightness on your keyboard. More details here: https://drop.com/talk/111296/how-to-use-your-entr-keyboard
