Keyboard unresponsive after PC goes to sleep

more_vert
I have a Drop Alt keyboard and I'm having a problem where when my PC goes to sleep the keyboard will wake the system, but will not allow me to type in my password until I unplug it and plug it back in. The keyboard is plugged into a usb hub, which is then plugged into a usb port on my monitor. I've tried re-flashing the keyboard to factory settings, changing the power saving settings in device manager and even tried adjusting the power saving modes in the bios. Has anyone else had this problem or know how to fix I'm stumped.

Had a similar problem with another keyboard. I think one or both of the USB hubs (the monitor itself is a hub so you're going through 2) are not waking up properly. If you can, try plugging directly into the computer and see if the keyboard still has the same problem. Hope that helps.
