New PCB for my Drop Alt Keyboard, reset button

Hi there, before i kick keyboard out and order Wooting :) can anyone help me out. I have new pcb at home and there is no way to flash my keyboard, I tried with Fn+B when counter starts and zero luck, message: could not find a valid device port.
And new pcb doesn't have reset button anymore?

How to get rid of this? I tried all kind of ports, install drivers, restart PC...
