For Sauce, prepare in advance: 1 TBS - sugar, light soy sauce, sake; 3 TBS - mirin; 1/2 Cup - dashi
1 small onion per person, sliced Pan fry chicken pieces and onions
Add sauce and simmer
When cooked, put to medium heat, add 2 eggs (beaten, per person), allow to cook, and remove from pan when egg is runny in centre of pan but cooked at the sides
