Thoughts on Flour Water Salt Yeast or the followup Elements of Pizza (which could have been Water, Salt, Yeast, Flour).
LeCheffreI don't have them simply because I have so many books on bread. I almost gut Flour Water Salt Yeast because it is such a beautiful book. To be completely honest I very rarely cook recipes in the books I own, I really just love to look at the pictures! that was one of my criterion for my list for the post, the book had to have a recipe or something that I have come back to over and over again. I would love to add them both to my collection.
