For reference: Cheap tube amp (at the bottom left) is a Douk/Nobsound 6P1 with factory stock tubes. Cheap tube preamp (middle right) is a Yaqin SD-CD3 with a pair of RCA grey-glass 6SN7GT. Not cheap DAC (middle left, top of stack) is a TEAC UD-501. The very bottom shelf has a "Specialty-AV" 2x4 impedance matching switch box (6Ω is a pita, can't parallel or serial with most amps). Not in use: Cheap tube RIAA (bottom right) is Yaqin MS23B with a pair of GE/Matshushita 12AX7A. Not cheap amp (middle left, bottom of stack) is a TEAC AX-501. Not cheap turntable (at top) is Denon VL12 Prime with Ortofon Red. Not shown in picture are the pairs of Pioneer SP-BS22 and SP-FS52 routed through the above mentioned switch box. For 6.8watts per channel, that Nobsound gets loud enough. Even when sharing that 6.8watts with two speakers. Color me somewhat surprised.
