had purchased the 6xx and a o2 amp, As you see in the pic I ordered both but only received the amp, I’m still missing the headphones and still got charged for both. Now for the amp I had got a Europe adapter but I don’t have an outlet for that and I don’t want to spend the extra money to buy an American adapter plus the voltages are different, I want to return these back to massdrop and get a amp that I can use. I contacted massdrop through email but no response yet. I hope I can catch one of the massdrop employees eye reading this and help me out or anyone else whom can, I’m really bumped.

Well you pic shows you bought the 240V version which isn't natively compatible with the US power system so that part isn't a Drop error. You should also try to communicate via the transactions page>contact support if you haven't already done so.

Hi, I ordered the 6xx too and when I check the transactions by hovering my profile pic in the top right and then clicking transactions, it says estimated ship date so I assume what we bought is a preorder.

I can almost guarantee you that the 6XX will be shipped separately at a later date. The O2 you ordered is ready to ship, while the 6XX is shipping every couple months in separate drops.
