I suppose for most of the people that are looking at sub-1k 3D printers, cost is the primary motivating factor, followed by features, and quality of print/machine quality comes in last. Other factors might include size/footprint of the printer, speed of print, nominal operating noise of the printer, software quality, etc... I personally tend to prioritize print quality, followed by software quality, and then features, such as dual/triple extruder print nozzles. From everything I've read over the past two years of mulling over this purchase decision and from everyone I've talked to that owns more than one 3D printer, the delta robots offer the highest quality, general purpose prints. They also tend to be the largest printers and are probably the coolest to watch work, with the exception of the resin printers. I am curious how many people that are considering buying a 3D printer have looked into/are aware of delta robots?

What about this one: http://orballoprinting.com/en/home/134-3d-printer-kit-prusa-steel-black-edition.html ? I assembled one earlier this week and it's really easy compared to a Prusa Mendel which I had before.

To be frank, I just took what /r/3dprinting recommended for march and posted them here in a poll since it is very fitting to be here.
The original prusa i3 is an amazing printer for its price range. The only reason i haven't bought one already is the 7 month waiting list. But if a drop goes down for this I'll be there.
