Well I shared this in another poll but I'll repeat it here: According to my LGS Owner the BFZ Fat Packs are fully allocated at the distributor level, I.E. retailers won't be able to purchase anymore until WotC produces more later in the year. Some stores in my area are even going as far as making people that want to purchase a Fat Pack buy a Booster Box as well.
As much as I would like a Massdrop deal on BFZ Fat Packs, I don't see that happening pre-launch or even until later.
So if you are interested in chances at Zendikar Expeditions cards (Full art Steam Vents, etc.) You should probably go ahead and vote for the Booster Box alone option. There has been no indication of anybody being limited on how many Booster Boxes they can acquire for sale.
