I think that the Sette model should be updated to the Sette 270wi - there have been improvements to the model to make it more user friendly https://www.baratza.com/grinder/sette-270wi/
Conical Burr Grinder Infinity Capresso is not only better than most of these but the one that's cast in Zinc is the quietest grinder I've ever used.
Its probably the sleek look.
Not sure why everyone appears to be voting for the Virtuoso, but I have a Sette and it is awesome... It is an upgrade over the Virtuoso.

I have the Virtuoso; we love it. It's as even a grind as the coffee shop machines. It's not exactly quiet, but I'm not holding my hands over my ears like I do when I use my blender.
