For mid level gaming rigs there are plenty of pre built systems that go for as much if not a little less than building your own, and are justifiable for a drop. Now the rules change when it comes to high end enthusiasts builds, just not high enough demand to bring prices down, so it's cheaper to build. That's where a site like this can be helpful in bringing down build cost. If you say get your cpu and gpu from a drop you can build a far cheaper machine than you could ever buy with the same performance. Just some food for thought.
