In the Ergodox/Planck render there are two R2 vertical buttons with Open Brace/Open Bracket. Are these duplicates of the same identical button? Or do the right and left hand sides of the Ergodox have different stem positions that make a duplicate necessary?
I see. It was pointed out to me that the vertical keys are standard profile keys that are rotated 90 degrees in either direction depending on which side they are on. So the Open Brace/Open Bracket key for the left hand side has the taller end of the key facing left while the Open Brace/Open Bracket key for the right hand side has the taller end of the key facing right. Interesting, I would have expected the profile of the vertical keys to either be uniform or to be a special profile unique to vertical keys where the fat end of the key would still be oriented toward the user.
I think you underestimate how many people would buy a "Kinesis Kit". It would just be the 8x 1.25u buttons for the sides. Maybe add it to your next poll?
