Im surprised to see the sata 3 on top
I used to use Crucial, but they were overpriced imo but never had much of an issue with them at all. They were fast; not sure if they're still relevant in the market.
larger capacity is better bcuz we got more game and more program to run higher rate on ssd.

We need more NVMe love
For me I would go with a single larger SSD as im my Rig I already have 3 high capcity HDD's need to replace my meagre 120GB SSD for a larger one around 500GB minimum.
I think I'm up to 4 of the 250gb 850 EVOs in my house; can't go wrong!
