I love(d) my one month old 670's until they bricked during a firmware update, no light anymore, PC doesn't recognize them, nothing, dead. I called Senn to find out if there is ANY way to manually reset/reboot them back to life and was told Sennheiser sold their gaming line to someone else and to call them. Soooo I called them only to be told they don't do phone help for their gaming line of headphones, I needed to email. Soooo I emailed, instantly received back a form letter stating they received my support request and they would get back to me, "usually within 24hrs". Now a week later and still I've heard nothing. Pretty disappointing when you pay $250 bucks for a premium headset and can't get one simple question answered from customer service.
