Cast iron and stainless steel depending on the purpose. Been moving away from non-stick because they always eventually start peeling. Cast iron is nonstick enough for most purposes.

Bobbitstry scan pan's nonstick. so far so good for me. all other brands including swiss diamond seems to peel
