I actually purchased the MSI GTX 1080 Ti ARMOR OC with my new PC. I had heard that there was heating issues with it, but got it with the intention of watercooling it. I haven't modified it yet, but it hasn't gone over 81C yet. I've done some benchmark testing on it, but nothing extreme yet. I will say, though, if you intend on watercooling your card, the MSI ARMOR is the way to go because of how easy it is to modify compared to other cards.
