I'd assume they'd offer different blade options if they offered it in the past, but it would most likely be up to Massdrop's discretion on what they worked out with the manufacturer.
Personally though, I prefer the plain edge blades, mostly due to resharpening.
I will add that some blades also have variations in coloration (black coated blades, different handle colorations) and then also different blade shapes in addition to the plain vs serrated edges. The Triage I suggested has a bunch of variations and most spyderco's also have variations as well.
But to answer the question you pose... I have no idea at all.
The ZT that is listed is the wrong MSRP. The ZT 0560 is $325.00 MSRP according to their website: http://zt.kaiusaltd.com/knives/knife/zt0560
The 0566 is $180.00 MSRP and personally I think it's a better size for EDC: http://zt.kaiusaltd.com/knives/knife/zt0566
Both are designed by Hinderer, and the build quality on them is a lot better than any Spyderco I've owned. They also have options for auto-assist but it's easy to disable.
Cool, thanks for you input, I've changed the MSRP and added in your suggestion. You should share this poll on EDC/knife forums and see if we can get a nice sample size of the knives the community wants.

Pick knives that are more exclusive like Zero Tolerance or something that is not completely beat up on pricing.
