Overpriced lasers. Power output is way too low for the prices they are asking. Better to get a cheapo laser like coltstrgj suggested and only invest in a more expensive one if you are truly interested. Better quality and stronger ones are available for under $100 easily.

If you don't mind sharing, what are some lasers you would recommend?
I think that for a lot of people here, getting a cheap one from ebay or something would be better. I buy my friends $0.01 lasers with $14.99 shipping. They work well enough to at least see if you will actually use it, and its a lot cheaper than $200 for something you may hardly use. Only buy a good laser if you are for sure interested in them.
It's funny, the only real reason I want one is to screw around with it.
