I would be more interested in a Shure grab bag
Ah gotcha. My bad for the ignorant question! thanks for filling me in :)
Judging by the wording on MEElectronics site, you're not being entered into a draw to *maybe* get something, you're paying a set price to get a random product from a lineup. All of which should be worth more than the price paid.
In saying that, I don't need any more headphones, so I'll pass this. I'd like to see this concept happen again with other products though [maybe with a random assortment of left-over stock?]
Not interested.
It could be fun. MEElectronics or other manufacturers would be interesting.
If it's the same way they do their What headphone promotion, you pay X dollars, and you will get some headphone at a minimum. Depending on what price/range, it could be 2.
But the prize of the lot tends to be a higher end tier model. So you pay X dollars > there's a 100% chance for a low priced model, maybe like 40% for a mid tier, and then 20% for a high tier (these are just arbitrary examples), but you get the gist.
I've taken part in the past, and I've always thought I'd gotten value out of them. For one of the grab bags, I did get the top tier M-Duo (at the time), and it's lasted me all this while. I've moved on to better IEMs since then, but they've been relegated to beat-me-around gym duty.
The cheaper ones make good stocking stuffers for people still stuck on shitty earbuds.
Pay to be in a random drawing for random electronics? Not interested in the least.
So pay to be entered into a drawing? No thanks...

No, you pay money to buy one of their items... you just don't know which one... at MIN, you'll get something that's got a nominal price that's greater than what you paid... or you might get something worth a lot more...
I don't care for their products, but there's nothing wrong with the idea...
The first MEElectronics headphones I bought stopped working after two months and the replacements failed a few months later.
What would be the price? And for what? Would it be the same as the link? I would personally have to know what it is for before I even voted. I don't visit " Fancy " anymore. This reminds me of that.
Heyo,
So MEElectronics offered us an interesting drop idea - a Grab Bag. Basically, for X dollars, you'd be entered into a random drawing for MEElectronics products. Here's a bit of information from the last time they ran such an offer - http://www.meelec.com/MEE_What_Promotion_p/earphone-mee-what.htm
It sounds like fun, but since we've never really done something like this before I wanted to make sure members would be interested. What do you think?

Hey Danny, now that we have over 800 interested people is this going to drop any time soon?
