i also own the commonwealth. they are ok. leather is nice, craftsmanship mediocre. basically, they are good, inexpensive boots.
I own the commonwealth black (via the kickstarter) ..a very comfy and well crafted boot. Definitely interested in a brown boot from them.
Just to be clear, all Boston Boot Company products are made in China. None are made in Boston. Go figure.
