When a year passes between a poll and a drop, it starts to look like the "community driven" aspect of this website is a bit of a joke. I wonder if we'll ever see a Task Chair.
Wouldn't be so annoying if it wasn't company policy to pretend they can't see polls they don't intend to provide products for.
Ugh, the keycool is red imitation switches?
I don't think anyone wants red for the number pad. Blue or brown would be the most popular choice.
I was hoping for blues..
The KEYCOOL 22-Key is up on the site as of this morning! Thanks for voting everyone!
Anyone know if Filco or Keycool are software programmable?
I couldn't wait for a mass drop, so I bought one of the Leopolds. (I consider that gap between the main body and top row to be important. It's also a highly regarded unit.)
Heads up. It turns out that it does not send the numeric keypad keycodes for the numbers. For most people that's not a problem, but there are some applications where it really matters. Yes, one of the applications I use is one of them, and for good reason.
Its a shame the leopold didnt have an image. Imho it looks the best. I like the gap btwn the top row and the second row...
So when do we get an official response? We reached the 200 vote mark. I'm not sure how this works.
Are there any numpads with macro keys?
What about Genovation 683, or even better the one with more keys? It's fully programmable on hardware level.

I just added Genovation 683. The 684 price was outdated or wrong, the only difference seems to be the already programmed and inscripted number keys. So guys let's make this the winner, couse it's the best! It's hardware programmable.
If there's any option with blue cherries my vote is on that. Even better if it's the Filco but with blues! Really though I kinda want a key pad with the numbers flipped over like on every other tenkey input device ever (phones, door codes, ATMs...).
Well, if the Leopold has a normal '0' key and no '00' key, that's the easy winner here.
The leopold I have seen in blues, browns, and reds. I really hope it is any of these but leaning towards the leopold.

IMO keycool's products are very lightweight and do not seem as solid as the other two.
What kind of switches does the keycool use?

Also, it's showing for about $70 on MechanicalKeyboards.com. I'm not sure where you got $39.99

The price of $39.99 is from qtan's store or a little more at his eBay page for obvious reasons.

Switches are usually Cherry MX Clears sometimes MX Blues. I have never bought from MechanicalKeyboards.com, but their prices are generally accurate/digestible at best.
The leopold has a normal 0 key, while the filco has an added 00 key, just so everybody knows.
Anyone have any idea what kind of discount we can get on one of these?
