Yes, you can! You need a Lightning to camera Adapter which is basically a USB type A female connecter to connect your iPad with a USB type A to USB type B cable to the USB type B slot at the back of the device and you are there.

So I'll be transparent here im not smRt. I think Europe has higher voltages than the US so you'd have to have an adapter that would step down the voltage and not just change the plug type. Unless the power plug that comes with the amp is one that will do multi voltage then you could just use the adapter that changes plug type im sorry if this didn't help.
