It's what I wanted, high quality, worth the price.
Caps are quality. I gave them a test run on one of my other boards before writing this. All the cap stems sit perfectly, no issues with warping on the larger keys (which is notorious for space bars I've gotten on this platform). Cap artwork seems quality. Cute as heck.
And now for the part I didn't like. Drop... I ordered this in July, you said it would be a month or two, not five.

Amazing product, awfully long waiting time
I ordered the keyboard in July 2020, it arrived in January 2021. During this time I contacted support a few times, every time I was told that they don't really know when it will be on stock again, that they will keep me posted and that I can apply for a refund anytime. This became a meme in my group of friends (also, I was really curious how much it will take for them to ship it) so I waited (too much if you ask me) but it finally arrived. Now that I have it in front of me, I can review it. Overall, I think it is amazing. The printing on the keys is of high quality and the colors are the same as the ones in the pictures. I got a few extra keys and that tool that you use to remove them from the keyboard. The feeling you get when you use it is priceless, it feels smooth and the sound it makes is really satisfying. I also got the mousepad, which is such high quality, it is silky when you touch it (not in a bad way, the mouse works perfetly on it), thick and the colors are vivid. I would totally recommend this keyboard to my friends, but only if they had it in stock and you didn't have to wait for it for half a year.

I wanted to mod this keeb, but it took a bit more effort then expected.
I dunno why, but for some reason I thought that modding this keyboard would be easy, but I forgot to check if it was hotswappable- so of course it was not.
So I ended up having to desolder all the switches. Also the way the plate rests on the pcb you will have to clip all the little feet if you're using jwk switches (like the dragonfruit ones pictured here).

Great keyboard, awful shipping.
I got the whole suite and it's great. The keycaps look and feel great, the keyboard feels sturdy and reliable and looks great. The mousemat is huge and gorgeous. It works like a charm replacing my old one. The wristrest is comfortable and looks like great too. Everything is super well-made and gorgeous. The only gripe I have with the product is the cable for the keyboard is a little short like others have mentioned.
That being said, I, like many others ordered this product in July of 2020 and just received it today in January of 2021. Drop has had nearly no communication throughout the process of this order being delayed for shipping since late September. Even after multiple support attempts the communication has been lackluster at best, nonexistent at worst.
Would I recommend this product? Absolutely.
Would I recommend you order it through Drop? Absolutely not. If you have the options to order it ANYWHERE else, it will be a better experience.

Extremely Disappointed
After seeing such great reviews across the board online for awhile now, I am very disappointed in what I have received.
Quality, is absolutely horrible. Cheap plastic all around, given cable is horrendous. Keyboard doesn’t even work, even after having to break it apart and troubleshoot.
Shipping, just the worst. I understand 2020 was hard for everyone. But it took a month on the wait list, 4 months for it just to be delayed four times with zero communication other than a random date. It was delivered today January 16th AND the people didn’t even drop off a package, they gave us a ticket to pick it up elsewhere.

NaehyunThough the keyboard was broken, you should have avoided drop for something like this and bought directly from Akko. Just easier experience

Failed to deliver on all fronts.
First off, the shipping was absolutely abysmal. Delays happen, it's normal. That part I can live with. 2020 has sucked for everyone unless ur Jeff Bezos. What was extremely annoying was the fact that there was almost zero communication about these delays. Often, I had to contact support after the estimated ship dates had come and gone and ask what the status was before they would respond. I've had better communication from one off group buy vendors.
Second, the keycaps do not fit properly on my keyboard. One major annoyance was the space bar, where the key would scrape against what seems like the stabilizer housing and cause so much friction that the key would not come back up. Luckily I had gotten a keycap set as well as a keyboard, so I just swapped the spacebar and fixed it for my daily driver, but that was a major quality slip. If I hadn't gotten 2 sets, then I'd be out a space bar, which is the largest showpiece of the whole keycap set.

Good looking and good feel
I upgraded from my old membrane keyboard to this with the cherry MX browns and it makes a world of difference. Love the color love the style. Only down side is I wish it was back lit for night work but that is just something a desk lamp can fix.

Fine deskmat.

Underdelivered
Keyboard itself is fantastic - responsive keys, beautiful artwork on the caps, and great build quality. However, I experienced abysmal shipping like the others who also ordered this. I initially ordered in July 2020, and only just received it today - that makes a good six, almost seven, months of waiting. There was no good reason given for the multiple delays that occurred, and the keyboard did not come with all the caps and the cat paw puller that was promised in the pictures. While I'm glad I finally have the keyboard, I'm pretty disappointed and dissatisfied with how this order played out.
Would recommend ordering directly off the Akko website itself, as the keyboard itself is very good.
