Thanks for being part of this drop! We're working on all your orders. The shipping deadline is October 24, and we will post here if there are going to be any delays. We craft and ship all our products from our Chicago-area workshop, but Massdrop is responsible for purchasing and tracking the postage. If you have questions about tracking, arrival time-frame, etc. their team are the ones to contact. Also, you may receive your order in two separate packages if you ordered any add-ons like a notebook. Massdrop ships those add-ons directly from their warehouse.

We'll be able to much more quickly address any of those issues or questions if you reach out directly to us at our service email (firstname.lastname@example.org), as opposed to posting here on the boards or going through Massdrop customer service. With as many drops as we are fortunate to run through Massdrop it can become difficult for us to make sure to respond to every customer note on the boards. And, since it saves everyone some time, we're happy work with you directly so that Massdrop support team doesn't have to act as a go-between.
