I don't think it is really suitable in general

JaxeyeBeen using it for my Twitch streams and works great. I think it just depends on what you're using it for. If you're making music, then I completely agree with you. But if you're streaming/recording videos, then it gets the job done pretty well. It's not out of this world, but it's pretty good for my needs.
