I just bought a Bluetooth adapter on Amazon for $23 and there are numerous apps that are compatible with it. This seems overpriced for the same adapter that looks a bit prettier. Woohoo marketing!
ElRobboIt's mainly the app and the data analysis… They don't even have a GPS chip in the device from what I investigated, it uses your phone for the actual location it recognizes when you park. I'm guessing they also use the GPS while you're driving for location data and other information...
Basically it looks like an extra $50-75 for the app, web portal and also they include roadside assistance (but I won't hold my breath on that). Depends on a persons view of value...
FreezerSo this means I would need spare cellular data, which the GPS will probably chew through quickly. Doesn't seem ideal if you're like me and stuck with a very small data cap
