We're really wrestling with UPS on this one. We had an appointment scheduled for delivery today and they missed the delivery window (again). This has been an absolute mess and I really apologize to the entire group. We've worked with Bonavita (and hundreds of suppliers, and UPS) in the past, this one shipment just is completely messed up/cursed.
Here's the latest showing today's delivery window, yet still not delivered :(
