Good! I use this most days. Basic appointments with a fantastic finish - I haven't run into any of the issues with this french press that I had with my previous (Bodum branded) french press.
I get a very small amount of sludge in my cup at the end of it, but typically far less than I would from a restaurant or coffee shop press, so I won't subtract a star for that. 10/10, would highly recommend, and you can't beat the reliability for the price.

Too fragile
Used it maybe 5 times until it tipped over on a not-so-hard surface and broke. Much too fragile. Looks nice.

I have a French press that she gave me, but my better half and I drink a LOT of coffee, and the 'press' method is just too slow and tedious for our busy schedule. I only use it on special occasions or when I'm not in a hurry to get a caffeine fix.
I wish I'd bought two; one for Ginger and one for myself. This is the nicest French press I've ever seen and Ginger's is always on display, on her kitchen counter. If it ever comes up again on Massdrop, I'll order at least one more. They really are very nice.
