The quality of the construction of any product is the responsibility of the "DROP" to evaluate BEFORE a product order is placed for DROP Members.
The DROP should perform "Field Tests" and "Quality Control" checks "BEFORE" the product is ordered from the vendor. This should never happen with a DROP purchased product.
At the very least, the Drop- Manufacturer Purchase Agreement include a clause that they refund the DROP Customer for defective products or offer a "remedy" to the problem.

Craftsmanship appeared to be an issue with BREED (I speak from my own poor experience).
