My Macropad only works when plugged into the USB power supply, i can connect via bluetooth. The min the USB power cable disconnects, it stops working. There is a battery, so I dont get why its not working, there is no on/off switch.
My unit had no instructions.

I received my Viewedge today, and can't seem to power it on. Is there any specific requirement for the USB connection? I've tried multiple cables and various sources, PC, wall adapters, etc. The most I get is some blue lights blinking on the inside.

How do I reconfigure this? VIA does nothing. It is stuck at F1-F11 as the hotkeys.
There were 0 instructions inside of the box. And there is 0 documentation anywhere.

I think my only other question is has anyone gotten bluetooth pairing to work? Neither my Windows Desktop or Macbook detect the macropad

Edit 3/30: Got an email saying they’ve been delayed and we will be contacted if it’s expected to be more than 30 days
Haven’t seen any updates since I purchased this. Are they still slated to start shipping today?

DannynIf it does, I wouldn't recommend it as gaming on it wouldn't be comfortable or ideal.

Figured I'd add this for anyone who wanted to see all angles, more info, and they also have 2 backlit matching artisan keycaps... @CoreParadox (All of the rest of the firmware and compatibility of the screen and macropad are on KBDFANS page by searching for "Cary Works"....monitors don't work for Xbox (One /Series S/X or Playstation screens) not sure about other consoles....but yeah y'all can read the rest on the website lol, just happened to have these saved on my phone.

PhlookeMatching Artisan keycaps made by the same company as the monitor and Hotswap /Bluetooth 5.1 "Macropad" if anyone was curious about them, group buy is currently still live for the keycaps....low key (no pun intended) kinda cool they come in a case just like the monitor and macropad. Obviously from the pictures they have both colors and both keycaps are backlit compatible so whatever color you haz them RGB on will be displayed on the screen.

If you buy the screen does it come with the keypad or is that separate? I would hope if you buy the screen it comes with it and the option to buy the keypad is if you just want it separately...
