Definitely pleased with the look and nice heft of this item. It’s so cool looking on my work-from-home desk space that I haven’t tried the puzzle aspect of it because I’m afraid of not being able to put it back together again, lol. Brass looks appropriately shiny. No complaints!
This is the most difficult puzzle I have ever bought. It is awesome on your desk until somebody takes it apart. On my version of the puzzle, even with the instructions, the puzzle is hard to solve. I recommend learning it a couple of times in order to put it back together once somebody gets their grubby hands on it.
Great precision crafted puzzle. Complex enough where you have to pay attention to assemble correctly, but not so complex that you can't solve it in a reasonable amount of time. I'm constantly taking it apart and re-assembling during mind numbing less engaging activities. Perfect for low level distraction and improving hand dexterity.
This puzzle is a lot bigger and heavier than I thought it would be which is a good thing. Still waiting for one of my friends and family member to solve it LOL!
I mean, $70 for a puzzle is questionable, but these brass pieces are machined to impressive tolerances. The brass is a soft metal, so the last piece gets rub marks from inserting the piece, but whatever. It's high quality, the tolerances are impressive, it's hefty... I'm happy.
