You need the diffuser if you're building a keyboard from scratch with this case (assuming you don't already own any fully built drop alt keyboards that already have a diffuser that you're willing to remove to put in this one). See here for more info.

Any plans to make this compatible with other 65% plates and pcbs? Really dig the anodized lime color, but it won't work with the split-space, 1u backspace+delete layout that I want from the krush 65 pcb. It looks like it would fit the kbd67 layout though.

Does anyone have any custom diffusers? I went and talked to my local machine shop and am getting an aluminum diffuser made, will have updates in a week. Was thinking of testing acoustics between aluminum and brass diffusers.

CarrotFAKESo this is an add-on for people who bought the original Massdrop ALT. There are some complaints that the LED strip at the bottom of the original case. The individual LEDs could be seen. That is all the diffuser really does. If you have the Drop branded alt then you don't need it.

Anyone have the Arctic style with GodSpeed keycaps? Trying to figure out if the blues will match well or if it'll look weird to have them slightly different.
